You've poured time, thought and heart into planning your celebration. Our job is to carry it through on the day: keeping things moving, catching the small things before they become big things, and making sure every detail ends up exactly where it belongs.

Whether it's a wedding, a milestone birthday or a celebration that doesn't fit neatly into a category, we'll be the calm, organised team behind the scenes while you're out front enjoying it.

From the day you book, we're on hand whenever you need us. You stay in charge of your plans, but you'll have someone to bounce ideas off, check a decision with, or ask the questions you're not sure who else to ask.

About four weeks out, we become the main contact for your vendors. We confirm the final details, build your runsheet and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when. On the day, we oversee set-up, keep the timeline on track, handle whatever comes up and stay through to pack-down.

Vendor liaison from four weeks out, including confirming all final arrangements
A detailed runsheet, managed by us on the day
Oversight of set-up and pack-down

One point of contact for your vendors and venue, so questions come to us instead of you

Not every celebration needs a full day of coordination. The In-Between is for the part of your day you most want covered, whether that's the ceremony, the reception, or the busy stretch that connects them.

You'll still have our support while you plan, and we'll take care of your vendors and runsheet in the final weeks. On the day, we're there for the hours you choose, focused on the moments that matter most to you.

You've planned it, sourced it and made it your own. Now you just need someone to bring it all together before your guests arrive.

The Finishing Touch is a 2-hour set-up service for couples and hosts who are running their own day but want the room styled with care and ready for the reveal. Hand over your boxes, and we'll take it from there while you focus on getting ready.

Before the day, we'll meet for a consultation to go through your set-up plan, so we know exactly where everything belongs.

Your package includes

Up to 2 hours of on-the-day set-up, starting at your agreed time
A consultation before the day to walk through your set-up plan
Table styling, such as centrepieces, menus, runners, candles and personalised details
Entrance and feature pieces, such as your seating chart, signage, photo tables and wishing well

To get the most out of your 2 hours

Share your DIY plans with us in advance, with clear instructions
Label and pack all items per table, in boxes or organisers
Drop off any items you'd like us to bring to the venue at Casula or Epping before your event

Pack-down isn't included, but you can add it on
